We do not accept returns for used items.

Easily Return Items from your Smoke Deal Order

  • 1. Login and select the order that you’d like to return.

    Select the item(s) you would like to return from that order.
  • 2. Review the details of your return for accuracy and submit your return request.

    You'll be issued a credit (minus the cost of your return shipping label).

    Select the item(s) you would like to return from that order.
  • 3. Print your return shipping label and mail back the package.

    Once we receive your returned package, a gift card code e-credit will be issued! It's as simple as that.

Return Policy and Used Product Return Warning

If your item arrived damaged or you suspect that it may be defective, please do not return the item. Contact customer service immediately and we will be happy to personally assist you. We accept returns on all unused products, as well as electronics within their original, unopened packaging, up to 30 days after the order has been placed. If the product has been used, even just once, we cannot accept the return. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns for orders shipped outside of the United States.
